Whether expert articles, audience-tailored texts, or scientific analyses — I present nutrition topics precisely, clearly, and based on current scientific knowledge.

As a specialist author, I clarify even complex relationships in an understandable and coherent way. In my role as a speaker and lecturer, I share my knowledge with professional groups, including physicians and dietitians, as well as participants in adult education.

For my clients, I conduct research in international scientific databases on the connections between nutrition, eating habits, and disease development.
